Delicious way to use lemons!
I've always wanted to try preserved lemons. Having added one of these small fruits to a curry, a salad and bowl of cereal (mixture of all-bran, oats, banana, dried fruit & nuts), I can definitely say that these lemons are versatile. Not as bitter as fresh lemons and a great way to use this fruit in variety of dishes.

Delicious with fish or Moroccan tagine
I use these lemons every week, and for me are an essential pantry staple. I've previously bought these in the shorter but wider jars and found them easy to get out of the jar, however I bought this particular taller but narrower jars (as they were at a considerable discount) and have found that getting the first lemon out of the jar an unnecessary struggle - but the lemons are just as tasty ! I have tried other brands of preserved lemons, but these are my favourites.
