Pre/Probiotic

I rarely do reviews, unless something I bought is really good or really bad. This supplement is really GOOD! I’ve had digestive issues pretty much my whole life, but not since I started taking these pre/probiotics in 2019. I learned about good and bad bacteria in the gut through some infomercial years ago, and how important it is to keep a healthy balance, so I decided to try it. Apparently bad bacteria was taking over the rainforest in my gut. Either by poor diet, alcohol, or stress. Made a HUGE difference for me quite quickly! No side effects. No weird taste/smell. I swear by this product!

I love them. They are awesome for my stomach. Usually I'm not regular and with these I am normal and very happy with this product.

What I liked was it was a fair price for the product I received.

I don't know if these are doing anything or not. Sometimes it seems like when I take them I do spend a lot more time in the bathroom. This is the first time ordering a Prebiotic and a probiotic. I may just go back to the strictly probiotic.

I like the convenience of the shipping. This product is gentle yet helps my digestive system

I've tried several pre/preobiotic. This one has worked best for me for years.

I've tried a lot of different similar products, and while this one doesn't upset my stomach like a few of the others have, it hasn't seemed to help at all, either. I have gone through 3 boxes now, and remain indifferent to it, but it was cheap so I wanted to give it a fair shot. I have tried others that I can tell are helping, honestly even some of the ones that upset my stomach (I have issues with even trace amounts of milk) have done more noticeable good than this one. So I guess for me, it's been an even draw. The price has gone up, however, so I won't be ordering it again. Disappointing, because I liked the idea of the prebiotic and probiotic combination, and the 25 billion CFUs.

Anytime I don't feel right down in the tummy area I reach for my Olympian and it is correct within 24 hours.
