I LOVE LOVE LOVE this device. It helps put my spine and ribs into alignment so I don't have to go to the Chiropractor as often. In fact, everyone in my house uses it when their spine is out. It works so well that I have a running joke with several friends that they don't come over to visit me, instead they come over to visit this and a few other alignment tools I have.Funny story. My husband's back was bothering him, so he got out this device and layed down on it. Then we had two friends come over, see my alignment tools, grab them, and lay down on them. Once they were finished they passed the devices to the next person. Then another 2 friends arrived and, after watching what everyone else were doing and asking about it they wanted to use them, but they had to wait their turn.I will say that this product is very difficult to adjust, but I've found that it works just fine for everyone, if I leave it in the strongest position, so I never need to actually adjust it.Would I get it again? If I couldn't find it I definitely would. I'm actually here to add this to several friend's Christmas Presents' List. (Not the ones who only visit me to use this! I would hate for them to stop visiting me because they have their own back adjuster. lol)

Like anything else, this back support isn't perfect. I get back pain due to an injury I got lifting boxes six months ago. I'm in physical therapy, but in the mean time I need some relief. This support is pretty firm for memory foam, which is good. I work at two separate desks at the office, and it works well with one of the chairs. The other chair, not so much. I have also used it in my car, with varying results. I think that I will ask my boss if I can get two of the same type of chair at work. It does improve your posture, if you're willing to work to improve your posture yourself. As other reviewers have noted, it pushes you forward in your chair. I didn't have a problem with that in either of my office chairs or my car. You'd have to have a pretty small chair seat for it to be uncomfortable.Overall, I'd say it's worth a shot to buy this to try to improve your back pain. Just be aware it works with some chairs and not with others. I'm sure it also works with some back problems and not with others!

For the last few months, I have had ever-increasing lower back pain. After a recent MRI, I was able to see the true extent of my spinal stenosis. Aside from surgery, my only other options involve pain management.After being up half the night in pain once again, I looked online to see if there was anything that might help. I saw this Magic Back Support and read that it was designed to target my problem areas.The top of the storage bag that comes with it says, “Five Minutes a Day”. I decided I’d give that a try for one week…After the very first stretching session, I immediately felt relief! Afterwards I was able to naturally sit and stand up a little straighter, and more importantly, my pain had completely subsided. I have not timed it to see how long it is before some of the pain slowly and mildly returns, but in any event, there IS definite pain relief.I would absolutely recommend this to anyone suffering from lower back pain.

I bought it a month ago. Have yet to use it because im not strong enough to fit it in the frame. I tried slipping the strap around the padded metal part and hook it into the plastic frame, and pull on it trying to bend it to no avail. It just won't flex. So i have it but can't use it. I am keeping it in hopes of being able to. If i ever get it together im never taking it apart. I DO NOT like that it doesnt come with putting it together instructions. Some of those Youtube (and other videos) arent helpful.

I ordered a first one about a year ago and loved it. Ordered a second one for my auntie who tried it out and fell in love with it for her back pain. It took way longer to arrive than the first one did, but still very good quality. Worth the wait.

I'm 20 weeks pregnant, and sitting at a desk all day is killing me already. I looked at nearly every review on every cushion out there. I decided on this one because 1. it's cheaper than other similar products and 2. the reviews were good. My only complaint is that the band is really small. I have a very slender office chair yet the band is stretched to the max. I'll be moving the cushion to my car after I have my baby and resign my position, and there's no way it will fit around my seat. Still, it's a comfortable pillow that has helped my back tremendously. The memory foam is the right mix of soft and firm- exactly what you'd expect for memory foam. It's taller than I expected, but it still fits my chair and my back nicely (I'm 5'4"). Taller people could also benefit from this cushion, but if you're much shorter than I am (maybe shorter than 5'1") you may want to look elsewhere. The smell was not overwhelming when I took it out the package as long as you don't put your face on it. (Did I mention I'm pregnant? that means super smell and it was still okay). I recommend this cushion to everyone, and I may consider buying more of them in the future.

While reviewing which back stretcher to purchase this seemed to be the most comfortable per its cushion. And I was right! I use it every now and then, unless I've had an active week and simple back stretches don't reach the areas required then I know I can rely on the back stretcher to do the job, every single time. I noticed that all types of stretchers received the same complaints of not being easily to adjust to the inner layers (adjustable height levels). However, I did notice by leaving it for at least 1 week in level 1 it will ultimately loosen up and be easier to reach levels 2 and 3. So that's a recommendation to you out there. I normally don't get past level 2 since level 3 is quite uncomfortable to stay for more than 30 seconds. But it's there in case I need it someday.
