I don’t normally write reviews, but this far better than expected. Beautifully weighted in the hand, but comfortable to use, lovely finish, and writes very smoothly. Excellent. My new favourite.

I must have been unlucky with the first fountain pen I bought from wordsworth and black because I just never got it to flow the ink, but W&B dealt with my issue superbly. I haven't bought a new fountain pen until now, so I gave W&B another chance and WOW, I can't believe how this pen writes, it is absolutely beautiful. The pen is magnificently crafted, it is a very nice weight and an absolute pleasure to write with. The pen came in a beautiful presentation case and also had 24 ink cartridges, 10 blue, 10 black. I am over the moon with this pen. Thank you W&B.

At the age of 70, I have used many fountain pens. This one happens to be the best. It is 'heavy' and feels good in the hand. Compared to a famous brand, it is my view, that it is far superior in quality, weight, feel, and style. More importantly I must give the Company 10 out of 10 for customer service. They actually reply!! Unlike some firms I could mention. There it is. A great pen for the money and much better than those costing treble! Supported by first class service. Very IMPRESSED.

Great pen for the price. The nib will require a bit of use to get smoother. I have a similar one from before and so know that it will require a bit of use to become really smooth. Price is excellent. Good grip. The ink flow is perfect and it is a pleasure to write with. Should last a long time.

Perfect. What more can I say

I have had this pen for a week now and I must say in writes well with nice ink flow and a smooth nib. I do like a heavy pen and this one is well balanced. However I find the pen's aesthetic appearance disappointing; it looks cheap with very glossy plastic and overdone gold trimmings. The cap is unusual in that it screws into place and this results in the metal screw thread being in the area where one might grip the pen. Regardless of the fancy company name, the pen is of course made in China and I would say it is very much overpriced. I have several pens (Jinhao) made in China and their quality is just as good but they are at half the price, or less, of this W & B pen.

Writes really smoothly and quite a thick nib which is what I wanted. Really happy with it. Looks expensive too!

At first I was skeptical of buying a fountain pen simply because I’ve never owned one before. I ordered the blue and gold pen simply because I liked the design. However, the pen isn’t just pretty it writes extremely well too! I couldn’t have asked for better quality and the fact the pen comes in a beautiful case is just a cherry on top. Thank you for making such a gorgeous product at a reasonable price!

It's been decades since I last used a fountain pen. I recently decided to improve my handwriting, and for some reason thought that it would be more fun with a fountain pen. Turns out, I was right; it's a different experience from using a ball point. I researched through a lot of pen reviews before deciding on the Wordsworth and Black Primori. With the faux leather gift box, 24 ink cartridges, a converter to load from an ink bottle, and a pen that looks and feels fantastic, I don't think I could have made a better choice. It's a beautiful pen in red and black with the gold accents. It writes smooth with no skips or smudges. My next Amazon order will include a variety of bottles of ink in different colors. This is a great value that I highly recommend, either as a gift to yourself or a friend.
