What do I like about this product - it arrived promptly as promised. What I don’t like about it - I couldn’t open the bottle to even try this product!!! I tried everything under the sun including a neighbor and nothing worked. The bottle stayed firmly shut. Does it contain some state secret?🤔 Why does it need to be tightened so much that nobody can open it????🤷‍♀️ So disappointed…. I suppose I could saw the top of the bottle off. 🤔 What a waste of money. Just something to be aware of if you decide to purchase this product that you might not be able to use it and not get a refund for it. Just saying… EDIT: The Company has reached out to me and offered me a full refund for what without doubt is a faulty bottle. I very much appreciate it because their Amazon return policy state “No returns”. I would’ve still prefer to have had the product I could use, but I’m happy to have the refund for the defective product. Well done to Customer Services. More than delivered on it’s promise !!

I have used calcium HMB for the past 5 years. Improved skin, strong nails, quick healing from cuts. It definitely restored my hair after a long hospitalization. Young people synthesize HMB. The older you are the less your body makes. If taking it as a supplement, you must do some type of exercise exertion to force help your old body to Uptake the external HMB. I usually take a different brand with a vitamin D3 blend in it. I tried this brand since it was lower cost, but after 3 weeks i could see and feel it was less effective for me than the calciumHMB-D3 blend. So I switched back. You should try different blends to find which works for you. HMB is a patented substance sold by only one pharma lab in Iowa. Make sure the product you get lists the full chemical name in the Nutrition Data Panel.

No funky Sulphur smell or taste. No fillers. No crap other than what you want. WINNER!!!!!

I have a small appetite most of the time, and it seems I have to work the same parts every day just to retain muscle, so having a supplement that helps muscle retention as someone who works out out an empty stomach is great. And the qty vs cost is unbeatable.

This bottle just arrived and you can't open it. The plastic top is permanently shut. Must be a manufacturing flaw. It says unable to return so it's useless unless I take a saw to it which I would not want plastic saw shavings in my supplement. Total waste of money.
