Best Pintle Tow hitch made, its so stout and heavy the card board box it comes in gets punished in shipping but you won't be disappointed by this guy. Towed 15,000 pounds with it no problem with my F350 and Zieman trailer. The Clevis pin on the lanyard to lock is a great included bonus, well made product. Curt had their engineers on point with this one! No slope when inserted in receiver, just be sure you have a long enough hitch pin to fit through receiver to lock in, the pin hole is snug so you may have to wiggle pin in to get in, but it's nice because it keeps the hitch from bouncing up and down when you hit a road or driveway transition.

I have always been satisfied with my Curt towing equipment, and this is no exception. Fit, Finish, and Function...its all there. Its nice and heavy, opens smoothly, and locks securely. When you start getting up into this weight class you don't want to screw around. If you're looking for a cheaper product ask yourself this, "Do I really want to worry about that backhoe climbing into the truck with me?"

Will haul almost anything

Most of the reviews I read on this item gave negative feedback on loose fit and rattle. Yes the fit is loose as it should be for easy installation. I pulled a boat right at the 20k lb limit without issue and very satisfied with fit and finish.
