Got these frames to put some family heralds in, so I wanted something that looked appropriately antique-ish and they certainly do.

Perfect for a letter I wanted to frame. Easy to insert document but stays securely.

I had seen the reviews that the product arrived broken, but I thought that surely wouldn’t happen to me. I was thrilled to see my product in one piece when it arrived- it’s a really pretty frame! But as soon as I took the wrapping off and started taking the corner supports off, it fell apart. So strange. Literally all four corners are broken. I don’t understand how that’s possible. Super bummed.

I ordered 2 of these frames in the gold/black pattern but one was defective. I requested and received a replacement but when I took the plastic off it literally fell apart. This frame is constructed out of some type of foam-type material so I am shocked the one survived. I really like this frame, it's visually pleasing, but the construction and lack of quality control is what I dislike.

The product was exactly what we wanted; however, the vendor would only sell us 5 TOTAL! We needed 25 so we went to a different vendor for the other 20! They lost out on revene. The was no explanation as to the limited quantity.

Unfortunately the frame was completely broken when we received it.
