The pit works excellent. I have natural gas at my house with a connection for a BBQ pit and after hooking up the conversation kit that came with it, I couldn't get the pit hotter than 300-325. I then changed the parts back to propane and connected a propane tank and the pit got to 700 degrees in about 10 minutes. I feel certain that the issue with the natural gas is nothing more than the supply at my house based on how well this pit works with the propane. Easy to set up and the glass on the top is really nice to be able to see what you are cooking. I would highly recommend being that you have the option to go with propane or natural gas with very little effort to make the parts changes between the two.

I’ve had numerous grills over the last 50 years and without a doubt this 4 burner grill has offered the most value for the money. It’s a well designed appliance and the manufacturer quality control was evident, since all parts fit perfectly. Recessed bosses aligned each panel which eliminated numerous pieces of hardware. Although it took about 4 hours to finish the assembly, there was no need to modify anything- something I can’t say for many other grills I’ve bought and assembled. Only gripe I had was the need to be somewhat intuitive when changing out the propane burners and installing the NG equipment. Other than that, so far, the grill has performed perfectly - reaching 600 degrees preheat in about 10 minutes. Even the side burner is actually useful and I’ve been able to sauté on it- something that is always challenging in a medium priced grill. We’ll see how it continues to perform after a few years but so far I’m very impressed.

Easy assembly. most of natural gas conversion kit not necessary - orifices are already in grill, connector hose w/quick connect is a little sketchy. Only needed the pressure regulator, bought a flexible stainless gas connector for a more permanent connection. Having issue getting side burner to BB light,but will figure that out. Very well made and heats very quickly. Would definitely recommend !

2 things to start with; 1) I do not understand the feedback I saw around this being difficult to assemble. It could not have been easier and the construction of the unit is very good. It came together quickly, no missing parts, no misaligned parts, everything just worked. The gas conversion is also very easy to do and the instructions are straightforward. 2) I also read feedabck that the natural gas conversion didn't seem to deliver a lot of heat. I think people must not have adjusted the flame height or removed the LP orifices from the burners. If installed correctly, this thing gets piping hot real quick. I was over 600 degrees in about 10 minutes. It heats up quicker than my Blaze gas grill which is a high end unit. Very happy with the quality and construction. I only have one cook so far but it seems to heat evenly across the grates. I like that the grates are cast iron which is great for searing. All in all, very happy with the purchase and anyone looking at a comparable Weber Genesis or Napoleon Rogue should check this out. Much more affordable but (at least so far) quality seems to be on par and customer service is great.

I like the quality of the grill. It heats up really fast and has great controls. The large grill surface area allows for indirect cooking which is great for the rotisserie option that I got. I found it to be a little daunting to put together in the beginning, with all of the parts laid out, but after I watched the video, it was easy to assemble, and I did it by myself without any assistance. I found the conversion kit to natural gas to be very easy to install. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the purchase. I also like that there are options that you can get such as the smoker box and the griddle.

DON'T PUT TOO MUCH MEAT ON IT. IF THERE IS A GREASE FIRE IT GETS OUT OF CONTROL FAST. BURNT THE WIRING, STARTER IGNITION BUTTON, MELTED THE SERIEL NUMBER AND MELTED SOME OF THE METAL. AND THAT WAS ONLY AFTER A COUPLE OF MINUTES OF FLAMES.

So easy to put together. I watched video and pit it together in 2 hours by myself. Didn't need any help. Very nice hope it holds up and not rust. Cover came with it. You can use for natural gas with kit but I use propane.

Lots of moving parts to put together but the final product well worth the effort. Working as advertised and the price was right. Would recommend the product and the vendor.
