Soft and warm but don't get it if you are sensitive to itchy fabrics. I fold the sheet over the top sothe blanket isn't near my face. During the day I leave it folded at the foot of my bed. Very pretty!

Gorgeous!!I purchased this as a gift for a friend who had just purchased a home in the Hamptons. It is thick and luxurious and the perfect shade for both feminine and masculine. In fact, I was so worried about how this would turn out that I purchased a much more expensive cashmere blanket - and returned it after this one arrived. The only negative is the packaging - which is a plastic bag. I went to the Container Store, purchased a gift box and bag, popped a ribbon around it and I'm ready to go. Looks much more expensive than what I paid.
