Love the bike loading capability
Looks good and convenient for my bikes. No mud inside the vehicle now.

Horrible quality control and no customer service. As of now they have stolen my money.
Every screw hole is misaligned making it impossible to thread the screws in the attach the two halves. Have tried multiple times contacting rhino racks by email and phone and have received no response. Basket is useless and the company obviously doesn’t stand by their products and customer service is non existent.

Cheap Thin Fairing Cracks and Explodes at 70mph without any Impact
If you're looking for a cargo roof rack, for Rhino Racks. Hardware is not good quality, and the fairing cracked and basically broke apart all over the road. There were no signs of impact, just cheap workmanship, and lousy customer service. Thule is what I had always purchased with other vehicles, had for 10+ years with nota crack in the fairing; therefore, I will return to Thule from now on.... Todd
