The quality of this chair is fantastic.Beautiful fabric and shape. Every little element of this chair was carefully finished Sadly the delivery progress was delayed and rather frustrating.However the comunication with the seller was good. I am very happy with the product which deserve 5 stars without any doubt and I hope the seller would consider other delivery service. With the lack of tracking and misleading updates the current one could only affect the product rating which will be highly unfair on the product itself and on the customer service.

Beautiful chair, really happy with it. However, the screws needed to assemble it didn't come with the chair so I haven't been able to assemble it yet till I buy the needed screws and bolts, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

this looks nice but once u put the screws in to bolt it together the bottom ones don't go in properly and you have to push the chair back to get the lod on

I bought this to fit in narrow space between end of bed and window. Few months in, 2 hours sitting and reading every night and it still looks and feels good. So, I like it, it sits low and is high backed and suits me very well.

Had a bit of trouble lining up screws with holes but seller offered to exchange but we managed to alter and now have a great chair
