Good Sweetener
This tastes no different from the natural-noGMO erythritol. It's also not much more expensive. It has become my non-sugar sweetener of choice, because it has no aftertaste. However, it is a sugar alcohol and it may cause gastric distress if you use too much (how much is too much may be something you find out through trial and error). It also may potentially raise your blood sugar, but for most people it will not. While it measures like sugar and holds its bulk, it is not as sweet as sugar. Personally, that's a good thing.

Good for baking
Does have a strange aftertaste if used for sweetening drinks. Good for baking tho!

Wonderful Natural Alternative Sweetener.
This is actually the second order I've placed for Now brand Organic Erythritol. I know some people use Erythritol by as a standalone sweetener but in my case, I mix it with equal parts of Xylitol and then top it off with a little bit of Stevia in order to achieve an exact match to the taste of granulated sugar which most people are used to. I did actually try Erythritol by itself, and although it did sweeten my drink, I wouldn't say it's an exact match for sugar if you are pretty picky like I am. But the above mix that I mention takes care of that. If you are considering tying this Now brand Organic Erythritol, I would say definitely go for it! Then consider blending it like I do in case you want an exact match to sugar. So happy I can drink sweet drinks now without any sugar or toxic artificial sweeteners!

You’ll love cooking with this!
Works wonderfully for a virtually zero carb cheesecake! I used coarse ground almonds, almond flour, erythritol, eggs, and butter for the crust. Whipped egg whites folded into whipped cream cheese and erythritol for the filling. Bake for an hour and let it cool in the oven! Rave reviews.

Not very sweet
I did not find this erythritol to be very sweet, but I assume it is a characteristic of the molecules, not of the brand. The claim of 70% of the sweetness of sugar is a bit misleading, as adding 30% more erythritol does not achieve 100% of the sweetness of refined sugar. Wet your finger and taste it first, then do it with sugar, monkfruit, stevia or artificial sweeteners and you will see what I mean. Two teaspoons in a cup of coffee is barely noticeable, so you will need amp up the volume used to about 2X. Unlike other sugar alcohols, I did not notice GI distress from consuming it. All in all, I prefer sucralose as a no-calorie sweetener, but if your goal is to only consume "natural" substances, then erythritol might work for you.

Best ever!
I have been in search of a great tasting sugar substitute without bitterness or aftertaste for well over 10 years now. I've tried a bunch. I found this quite by accident and it is THE BEST in the world! There is absolutely no reason to not buy this! No bitter aftertaste, no bitter going in taste, no chemical taste, no weird taste. If somebody were to blindfold you and do it taste test between common table sugar and this product, you probably would not be able to tell any difference at all. My only complaint is that it is so darn expensive. But I consider that as an investment in my health.
