These are so incredibly versatile and useful that I buy them by the case. I use them in all sorts of dishes in addition to Mexican food. Try them, you’ll see. Meat, eggs, pasta, casseroles and more.

This is an excellent substitute for salsa. I was out of salsa to make a Mexican one pot dish and didn't feel like going to the store just for one item. I did a search on substitution for salsa and this came up. I tried it and love it!
