K-23725-NA Cast Iron Cleaner, For Kitchen and Bathroom, 8 oz Bottle, Nonabrasive Cream-based Cleaner

Purchased this to return a large enameled cast iron Lodge stock pot to its former glory. I make home-cooked dog food weekly, and regularly boiling sweet potatoes in my Lodge created unsightly, stubborn mottled stains inside. Took quite a bit of elbow grease, but with gentle pressure and circular motions, I was amazed at how quickly it lifted the stains. Unfortunately I didn't think to take before/after of that. Also pleasantly surprised to discover the product doesn't have an offensive odor. It's actually kind of a nice scent. Note that while this product is marketed as "non-abrasive," it actually does seem to buff out / abrade, but using an extremely fine abrasion similar to what you'd do in the final stages of painting a car. It seems to remove microscopic layers of "coatings" like paint or enamel, which must be how it's able to remove imperfections and still leave a very smooth, stain-resistant surface. I was so impressed with this product and started experimenting on other surfaces. This cleaner is capable of renewing FAR more than just enameled cast iron. So far, I've used it to achieve amazing results on: • An ugly dark (previously thought to be "permanent") stain on an old Formica countertop • Stains in an enameled metal pot (aluminum I think) • A weird rust stain from an old shelf on wallpapered + painted wall (this did leave some slightly darker marks where the rust was, but still looks much improved) • A hideously stained / scratched plastic center console in my car (see photos) • Surface rust on the hood of the same car, from to an aftermarket gadget that had a poor quality magnet (see photos) In the "before" photo of the console in my car, you can see a little strip on the right edge where I had already started buffing with the Kohler cleanser. The image on the right is what it looks like fully done. Those stains had bothered me for YEARS and no amount of scrubbing with soap helped one bit. It looks SO much better now! I now consider this cast iron cleaner a MUST-HAVE in my cleaning supply arsenal. I'm always finding new surfaces I can use it on. Some things I thought I might have to replace; now I don't. This stuff works on all kinds of hard and/or painted surfaces. If I had one complaint, it's that I wish they sold this in a larger bottle.

This cleaner did a great job refreshing my white Kohler cast iron sink. It removed marks and dulling without being harsh, and the finish looks clean and uniform again. Definitely worth it if you want to maintain your sink properly instead of risking abrasive cleaners.

The product smells nice and works on surface dirt, my sink is brand new so I can’t speak to how it performs on old stains. No stickiness noted after application, sink does appear to be scratch free and remains shiny as of this point in time. Easy squeeze tube. Not sure that it performs better than other cleaners, but so far no complaints.

My porcelain sink was looking dull, so I bought Kohler to bring back its original white shine. It worked like a charm—all I had to do was pour it on, rub it across the sink’s surface, and now it gleams like new. Despite its powerful cleaning ability, there’s no strong, unpleasant smell. It even cleans pot scuffs of the sink.

Can’t go wrong with Kohler Products. I purchased this to clean the scratches from stainless steel off my sink and it works great. it did arrive frozen but once it thawed and I shook it it was ok. Came sealed.

I love this product and apparently is out of stock at their warehouse, but price gouging is dead wrong under the circumstances. considering this product is usually only $8.00 to $10.00.

We have a white glazed cast iron kitchen sink. This product takes out all the stains and scratches in no time. Tiny bit does the trick, I’m only on my third bottle in the last 1.5 years!
