Since having my second child, I developed rage during PMS and to a lesser degree during ovulation. It affected my family life with husband and children, and I did not like feeling out of control with anger. I met with my doctor and discussed birth control and a SSRI antidepressant as options to help. I absolutely knew my symptoms were directly resulting from hormone changes, and I didn't want to adjust my brain chemistry or have the negative side effects of birth control. I did more research and discovered my symptoms matched estrogen dominance. I discovered how Diindolylmethane (DIM) can help with this by affecting estrogen levels naturally. The product is made from cruciferous vegetables. I was very hopeful. I have now gone through one ovulation cycle with no emotional changes. The symptoms of rage and even chest pain from it that I experienced before during PMS has not been a problem during this cycle. I feel calm and relaxed. This product has made a world of difference for me, and I am incredibly thankful and most definitely will continue taking it.

I've tried many different brands of DIM and this is by far my favorite one with the BEST VALUE! Seriously, don't bother with any DIM products that come with tons of pills and require 2-4 pills per serving. This product has great value per pill and per dosage. The cost is superb- especially when you only need to take one pill a day and get a 4 month supply in one bottle (hooray for 120 pills!) I've used DIM in the past to help with hormonal acne around my jawline and it has made a noteworthy difference (although I still have occasional small blemishes on my cheeks and forehead- so this isn't a cure-all for pimples.) I have PCOS, so this is a great hormonal support supplement for me. I'm a fan of DIM overall and can vouch for it helping those with hormonal imbalances and hormonal acne. So yes, this product will help you! I can't vouch for the weight loss because my weight has remained the same (i'm not actively trying to loose weight either)- so don't assume from some of the other reviews that this is a weight-loss magic pill. I'm also very happy that this product is vegetarian too! No gelatin or nasties. My only complaint is that the container is plastic and not eco-friendly. Hopefully, the manufacturers can consider using a glass bottle or paper storage container in the future!
