If you've been riding on a bicycle 'seat' and want to try a bicycle 'saddle' - before you spend major bucks on a serious saddle - then this is a good saddle to try to learn how to ride on a saddle. Or, if your mileage is under 20 miles or about an hour or less, then this saddle is 'OK'; but if you're a serious rider - then this will not work. For the price this is a phenomenal saddle to try out or to use on shorter trips; but after about 20 miles - it really starts killing your butt. Even hard, leather saddles have some give and cushion to them to relieve butt soreness, this one doesn't. And please read the description. The big headline says - Carbon Saddle - but read the fine print lower in the ad, it says 'carbon coated'. What the heck is carbon coated? It's a PLASTIC saddle and checkered to look like it's made of carbon. Nothing wrong with that, but the ad is a little bit deceptive. There's hardly NO fore and aft adjustment. The rails are formed to where they only fit in one spot and you can't slide the saddle fore or aft. All in all - not a bad, albeit PLASTIC, saddle for a newbie to try and experiment with before spending some real money on a serious saddle; but not really good for serious riding.

This saddle does not have cushions. You need to wear bike compressions.

the dislike of this saddle seat is that the rails on arn,t long enuff for me need to have longer rails so I can get it closer to the front of my top tube and handle bars . I just need more room on to ajust it here to ride on it . Other than that its a "GREAT" IF you lookin to shave some weight off you bike this will do it. Also the curve on give you a more comfort instead of those "FLAT" design saddle which pinch my butt. the material is made from composite nylon plastic that react to your body heat which softin it to make it softer ride on the trails. So yeah I would recommend this one for its performance. Just make sure you are wearing good pare a Mnt. bike/ spandex riding shorts.

I was very worried this thing would break after a few rides. I have to say I've been more than pleasantly surprised at the quality of this seat, especially for the money. I have now ridden on this for nearly 100 miles and no signs of breaking down anytime soon. Therefore IMO an excellent bike seat for the money if you're looking for relieve from backside numbness / irritation on 10+ mile bike rides. Again, even if it were to break a year from now it's worth the money especially considering other more well known manufactures make similar seats at sometimes 3-4 times the price.

I knew the price was too cheap. Don't waste your time with this seat. My 10+ year old trek mountain bike stock seat is still more comfortable than this one.

I got this on a whim, and am glad I did. The saddle is extremely comfortable.
