I bought the red hydrogen one. It came earlier then I expected. It was boxed with extreme care. Bubble wrapped box and inside box the phone itself was bubble wrapped. The phone looked almost new. Just small scuffs on back. Nothing on screen. Powered up just fine. The phone is amazing. Its better then what I expected. Tech pros answered me back very quickly when I sent a message to them. I highly recommend this seller. And this phone is just amazing. If you are sitting on fence about buying this phone.....don't.... go for it! You honestly will be glad u did. And buying from tech pros u will be getting a great phone that is exactly as he says it is in description.

No further upgrade from Android 8.1 Oreo, no timer enabled for 4 view shots on front facing or main camera sensor. No support for 3D contents & entertainment. Rugged, robust & supports world SIM data plans..

I would post some of my photos here but it's better to view them on LeiaPix with 3D glasses or a 3D display. It really does look 3D. I know the main complaints with this phone is that it was very heavy, overly hyped and abandoned too early. It's Yes to all those but it's also very unique. Folks panned it for the display not "popping out" and for causing eye strains. Your eyes are supposed to relax when trying to view it in 3D. It takes pretty good pictures, both 2D and 3D. Weak point is video filming hence the docked star. At the price I paid for (about $225 and it looked brand new), I cannot complain. It's stayed in my glove box as a 3D camera. If you're looking for a daily driver, this old phone is not it. If you're looking at taking really good 3D pictures, then I can recommend this phone.

Even though the description said it was an AT&T version phone, the AT&T store said it was a model of the Red phone that cannot be used on a USA AT&T network. The AT&T store said that the phone has to be a model H1A1000 or an H1T1000 model to work on the USA AT&T network. I am increasing one star. The part my old Red needed was not in stock, so when the AT&T staff said this would not work, I took it to UbreakIfix and they used it as parts to fix my old Red.

Phone is a refurb but you'd never know it. Very nice! I did have one problem getting the phone to recognize my sim card right out of the box, but the seller got back to my muy pronto and helped me correct the needed setting. Phone is big and heavy, which I'm fine with but may not be for everyone. I love the heavy duty case! It shouldn't shatter like my last phone did.

None of the sites support the phone anymore. It's obsolete. It will not do what we needed it to so we returned it. It has been the longest return I have ever experienced. It's been a month and even though we dropped it off at Kohl's it says it's delayed and they have received it yet. I seriously would be careful purchasing anything from this seller. This is ridiculous.

Back to a phone feeling sturdy and solid. The ease of setup was amazing, lots of work went into making this intuitive - I inserted my old SD card before setup - it had all my info, contacts, and phone info loaded (properly) when it finished setup. The speed is great, start-out apps smooth, internet settings loaded automatically. Still learning all it has capable with the camera, but loving that!
