The ACDelco (or Continental) flex fuel sensor outputs a PWM signal that is from 50hz to 150hz for % ethanol content and encodes the fuel temperature in the PWM duty cycle. You need some specific circuitry or an intelligent ECU to extract both % ethanol and fuel temp from the signal pin that is in the 3-pin connector.
