## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does all of the ash stay in the holder?**
A: Unfortunately, no. It’s a pretty product, but some sticks don’t fit in the holes, and it’s too messy. Doesn’t catch the ash.

**Q: What material is this? It looks like metal with nonflammable enamel finish. Thanks**
A: It is metal. However, I found it too small to catch the ash.

**Q: Has anyone tried using cone shaped insense in this holder? It doesn't look like it will fit perfectly, but I am not picky.**
A: They do fit in the center

**Q: How many holes for stick incense does this have?**
A: 6

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cute and useful

Hi Quality incense holder

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ good hold but surroundings near cleaning
*by J***R on November 7, 2025*

good for holding the incense sticks but does not catch all the ashes.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Meh
*by J***B on March 26, 2026*

Doesn’t hold the sticks up to catch the ashes until the stick is burn mostly through and ashes get stuck in corners and becomes difficult to clean. If you like to collect the ashes like I do then you won’t want this because you won’t be able to get barely any of the ash that it catches off loosely. It sticks to it and is flimsy and the three stars is only because I like that it has multiple holes and it’s cute and it technically still does catch ash. I’ve had to use a strategically placed container to catch the rest of the ashes.
