Is it smooth under the dress? Or can you see the lace details if you have a tighter dress?

my dress was sequin with a lining so no one could see my garter belt. Garter belt is very pretty and comfortable however if your gown is tight and does not have a lining then you will be able to see both garters on. One's to keep and one's to give away. I was satisfied with this purchase but my gown wasn't skin tight.

What is the difference between white and milk white?

Milky white will be a bit yellowish, white is bright white.
