Could be better, but it's the best articulated Legolas figure out there.
Despite it's limited posability it works well for what it is. The figure itself comes with decent amount of accessories. Although the cape and short swords that were shown in promotional images were removed for the final product. Sculpt is very good, you see the actor's likeness, it's not perfect of course, but it does the job. Although the face suffers for too much red shading. The figure is full of nicely executed sculpt and paint details. The bow, clothing, hair and arrow case are full of intricate details. Also, no paint issues at all. The only problem I have with this figure is the placement of the hip articulation. Because of the "skirt" you may not notice it. But if you try to make make mote dynamic poses you realise that his legs open in a weird angle, as if his hips were a little lower that they show be.

Great details on the figure.

Just look at those details…
Unfortunately I haven’t got the elven daggers and now I have to buy Gollum to get em, but…whatever, this is the best Legolas here on Amazon

This figure is great!
This figure is great! But it does have its flaws. Yes it does lack articulation and can be very frustrating trying to get him in a great pose and is very limited on poses also his hands are opposite from what it's supposed to be but he does have very nice details and great face sculpt and under the right light he resembles Orlando Bloom pretty well and once you do get him in a good pose he looks great. I'm definitely looking forward to the rest of the line.

Necessary to complete the Fellowship, but it's easily DST's worst figure in the line
Like the headline says, it's really the only option for completing the Fellowship with the DST line. Their scale doesn't really fit in with any other line. But besides that, the figure itself is alright. It feels more like a decent looking statue because the outfit is nicely sculpted and the only good thing about it. Legolas' face likeness is by far the worst as he looks nothing like him, the accessories he comes with are his bow and some arrows but not his two swords to complete the look, and his articulation is next to nonexistent. Speaking of articulation, he's more so a statue than an actual posable figure which is ironic since he's supposed to be the most agile of the entire Fellowship. His elbows and knees all bend at less than 90 degrees. It's honestly about 45 degrees or even LESS than that which is so disappointing, meaning he cannot hold a bow pose at all. And his legs are hindered by his skirt, which if you want you'll have to cut up for more leg articulation. As for accessories, if you want to fully outfit him you'll have to buy Sméagol/Gollum as in that set he comes with his two swords and more arrows to complete the fully decked look. Anyways, he's disappointing as a figure, but as a statue he's passable. I'm sure a lot of people will get Gollum as well so he'll be complete. Besides his unrecognizable face up close, his outfit looks nice and what will make you recognize him as Legolas. If you stand from afar and squint real hard, you may be able to see some semblance and likeness to Orlando Bloom. But who am I kidding? You'll get him anyways to complete the set and I don't blame you lol.
