No. Easy enough to put litre indicator on the inside with marker pen 🙂.

Can anyone confirm if this is fully waterproof?.

No it's not water proof it's a bucket and like all buckets not designed to hold any form of liquid. Unless it's water, plaster, mortar paint. the ful range of liquids in fact. Who's ever had a bucket that you can put liquid in.

The base has a outside diameter of 230mm or 9 inches. The internal diameter of the top is 300mm /12 inches.
