This was/is a perfect wheelchair for my elderly mother in law who suffered a stroke. My wife is usually the one with her when transporting her is needed, and she's a smaller woman...but the wheelchair is easy for her to handle...lightweight, folds easily, and is very solid/sturdy. This really is a great wheelchair. Not bulky/clumbsy. Comfortable. We did add an extra pad to put on the seat, which helps, but you don't really need to get one. We just went the extra step for our mom/comfort. But, yes...a great wheelchair. No regrets buying this item.

We purchased this for my dad to use on a cruise while he was waiting for knee surgery, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Hubby fell onto his right hip. Didn’t fracture it but the pain is so great he wasn’t able to walk, even with a walker. Ordered this chair for him, not really expecting anything special. Wow! I’m blown away. This is a very substantial product and not cheap feeling at all, seems very well made, NO assembly except for two footrests (we opted to leave them off). Rolls easily even over door thresholds and light carpet. And, he has started being able to walk a little, and plans to also use the chair as a walker. BTW, the back has a fold down option that lets the back be at the same height as the armrests. The back wheels lock and are accessible by the person sitting in the chair. The width is narrow enough to even access our little mini bathroom. Overall, we are thrilled with this product, it’s perfect for our needs.

I have a full size wheelchair. Bought this to get through a couple of airports also took on the flights . Easy to fold , lightweight, easy to maneuver around. Only drawback are foot rests fall off when folding otherwise nice chair for the price.

Im a PT, and was in need of a W/C to transport my Dad to appointments, etc, as even the walk from handicapped parking has become challenging for him. This is a Medline, a trusted brand for years in my profession, and this affordable and convenient to purchase option did not disappoint. No assembly at all, just put on the footrests, pop up the back to click in place, and you're a go! Even comes with a seat belt if that is needed. Solid construction, and easy to collapse down to put in the trunk of my car. Fits through a standard doorway. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing one for home or for transport of someone with mobility issues!
