I have not used these spare cartridges yet as I am still using the same one as supplied with the water jug. In my opinion, this product has really improved the quality of the tap water, eliminating chlorine taste and seemingly the limescale as stated. Added magnesium is a bonus. My kettle is, for now, showing no further signs of limescale build up. Yes, they may be more expensive than others on the market but, for me, they are superior and worth the extra cost. Long lasting too, I am very pleased.

They really work the water is clear and tastes great with no metallic taste. They are simple to install and remove to swap to a new cartridge. They are cheaper than the leading brands which is why I chose this brand to try, glad I did the savings per year is noticeable. All about saving those pennies these work give them a try. The size is great 2.8 litre for a family of 6 is perfect.

Good filters very pleased with them.

The water where I live has to be the hardest in Britain. It makes terrible tea, and is so hard it almost makes me cough. These filter cartridges make the world of difference. My tea is much better, drinking water after it's been filtered is refreshing and there is no limescale build-up in the kettle. The drawback is that they last much less time than the manufacturer claims. Instead of lasting eight weeks, they have to be changed after only two. I know when the filter cartridge needs changing when once more I start getting scum on top of my tea and my green tea goes opaque again. In areas where the water is not as hard as it is here, the filter cartridges may last longer before they need to be changed. This needs to be pointed out by the manufacturer.

Excellent. Does the job, sustains filtered water, refreshes every time you fill the jug. Especially helpful where I live as bacteria and chlorine and calcium residue are high. I couldn't believe the difference. I was de-scaling my kettle once a week. Now it is clear for weeks, the water is so pure.

Expensive but lasts longer than most filters

The build quality on these feel really good, they're a good size and filters quite a lot before you need to replace them. Water from them taste fine, better than from the tap as you should expect. And great value for money.

These filters transformed the way I drink hot and cold drinks. They a re much cheaper than other brands, and purchasing them on Black Friday meant they were even cheaper. The water tastes good and they signiificantly improved the taste of hot beverages. The water in our area is relatively hard. These filters help soften it.They also help reducing limescale on kettles and coffee machines.
