I think this is one of my favorite ramens. I don’t use the whole packet of seasoning however. The expiration isn’t far enough out but I have not had the noodles taste bad after the best by date. I’m hoping if I order again I get a further out date. I’ve ordered this a couple of times and never seem to tire of this flavor, it is my go to. I’ll admit I eat too much ramen and there’s a few others I like the noodles better but I always come back to this for the flavor of the seasoning packet. Price is ok, it’s not a cheap ramen but cost less than a lot of others I’ve had that aren’t as good overall.

My roommate from Thailand introduced me to Mama brand noodles many years back, and been enjoying their different instant noodles since. Amazon AI suggested that I might like this Green curry noddle out of blue (how did it know?! spooky!) so I decided to give it a try. And this instant noodle is spicy awesome! It is on little bit on the spicy side but you can reduce the heat by cutting back on using the green curry paste. The soup left over after eating noodle was so good that I’ve thought about adding green pepper and other veggies to make green curry like the ones served at Thai restaurant. Maybe I can add a little bit of coconut milk to take the edge off the heat? Definitely buying again! Watch out for the sodium and don’t drink the entire soup!

Just as good as the first Mama (pork) I tried as a kid in 83, but this flavor is maybe the best I’ve had to date out of 10+ flavors. Makes Maruchsn taste like rice cakes. So much better than Maruchan/Top Shelf! The brand has stayed my goto for decades! Just buy it if your even thinking about it. Never had a close second.
