Daisy Chains – use to adjust swing height or extend length for hanging your swing over beams, tree branches. Fabric Cincher Sliders- On sling and handles. We do not use uncomfortable plastic sliders. Omni Original Yoga Swing Includes:  Handles – Two 12″ short length, two 30″ medium length handles, and two 50" footies with foam grips. Sling – 4ft wide x 8ft long.
