Highly recommend this fantastic product. We saw a clear improvement after about 3 weeks. My teen's skin is looking and feeling so much better.

I have given 5 stars because I noticed an improvement in my son's skin by the third day of him taking this supplement. He is 14 and although he has a good skincare regime for a teenage boy, he recently started getting a lot of pimples on his cheeks, forehead and creases of the nose. I can almost say that the skin was becoming angry or rash-like in some areas, which is distressing at that age. From the third day his skin was noticeably clearer and calmer in terms of pimple flare-ups. Obviously they will still get blackheads at this age because of the sebum production and surging testosterone. I am only giving one capsule each, (I have a 13 y.o. boy as well) because I can't afford to spend more than that. I am not impressed that the box only has 42 capsules, it's a strange quantity, not even enough for a month at the recommended dosage, and also a lot of the print is in white on an orange background, which is pretty difficult to read. I think it's a very good combination of ingredients, which is also good for their overall health. They are quite large capsules but luckily my boys don't have a problem taking them.

These seem good. My daughter had mild acne on her forehead and we purchased these to back up a new skincare routine. 3 weeks in and her skin is showing great improvement. We will continue with these.

No obvious difference in the quality of skin, other multi vitamins appear to make an improved difference.

Bought for a daughter who's skin seemed to have a mind of its own and enter another time dimension each month. It's been about two months now since she's been taking them....they're easy to swallow, so no issues there. And I have to say, they do seem to have had an effect. Her skin is much calmer and if she does get the odd spot it is just that....the odd spot. Not the angry breakout that we usually expected like clockwork. I think the ingredients are good quality, I like the fact that it has some beneficial lactobacillus included as it is important for skin to get the gut populated with helpful bacteria. It's a cost effective supplement that also includes good dosages of vitamin D and B vitamins so I would recommend this to someone who just wanted a good all round supplement. I'll keep repurchasing this for as long as the benefits continue!

These are the best really that we have tried so far. We have tried others whilst this was unavailable here for a short while and nothing compares! My autistic daughter has a sensitive stomach too in the mornings, and gets transport to College, and I think with the probiotics and the fact they really are easy to swallow really help her. Her acne is managed and her hormones. Her travel sickness and sensitive stomach throughout the day is managed. Fantastic! I also give her additional magnesium chewable gummies on Amazon, for naturally medicating her ADHD.

My daughter says the remedy works and has really helped her skin improve over the time she’s been taking it. She started off taking just one tablet per day and after a few weeks she went up to 2 tablets per day, as recommended. Her skin does seem more clear these days, and my daughter seems more confident, so it’s been worth taking it!

I noticed an improvement in my daughters skin within a few days of taking these. Her skin is less oily and inflamed. It seems to have improved her hair also which seems less greasy and looks healthier and shiny.
