When I initially ordered the hat I ordered a large. Most hats I have purchased are that size and fit well. This large was a bit too big. I e mailed them a request for an exchange and they promptly answered back. I sent it back and had a new medium sized hat within a week wit a size chart included just in case this size didn't fit. I'm quite satisfied with the new one. Quite stylish and the greekinternetmarket.com folks are a pleasure to deal with.
