I do my toddlers at home hair cuts and will trim my own hair on occasion. When we moved I lost the set I had and wanted to replace it. I came across this one which also comes with a nice case to keep everything contained and protected. I cut my 2 year old's hair with this without a problem. Scissors were sharp and easy to use, brush was convenient and good quality. we will see how they hold up with multiple uses but so far these feel pretty good especially for the price range. good for the at home hair cut enthusiast on a budget ;)

This is the second time I’ve ordered this set because I was very happy with the first set several years ago. The blades are sharp, and I especially appreciate the thinning shears.I like the compact case. The quality of the case is nice, and it fits nicely in my vanity without taking up too much space.Overall I’ve been very happy with this set. I primarily use to trim my bangs, and it works very well.

For the low price, this is the best home kit you can buy for trimming hair. The adjustable screw keeps blades aligned to give optimum cutting. I was amused by the reviews that said either the scissors or thinning shears weren’t sharp, because the most likely problem is they did not adjust the blades. You can look on the Internet or YouTube and in 2 minutes find out how to easily do that.I have had mine since the Covid quarantine began and the 440C stainless steel has shown no sign of rust or wear. I give them a quick wipe them down after use, adjust the blades once in a while, and they cut like new.You can spend $300 up to $1500 (Shark Skin brand) for a pair of professional grade scissors, but anyone cutting hair at home does not need that quality. This set is a good choice.

I picked up these scissors because I have been cutting my hair and my daughters lately. This is my first pair of hair cut scissors and I’m no professional. The packaging was very nice with a high quality zipper case, the 2 cutters and a comb. I have only used the straight scissors and comb so far. The scissors are sharp and seem to do a good job. I have some difficulty still getting the cuts right but I’m sure that’s on me not the product.

This is literally the simplest perfect at-home hair cut kit! I use it myself and for my husband’s and children’s hair. The layering scissors are perfect for layering. They feel professional. Easy grip. Smooth shiny black services. They are VERY sharp so use caution with the blades. Absolutely great value, haven’t had to pay for a haircut in the year I’ve had them. They are still perfectly sharp and used monthly. The straight scissors cut perfectly straight so be sure to know what you’re doing when using them or you may end up cutting off a bit too much. They also come with a case for easy storage and a comb to help with the haircuts. 10/10 recommend especially if you don’t want to spend money getting simple haircuts like bang trims.
