This is a must use product in our house, we have 4 dogs one of which is getting older and is having accidents inside now. I tired multiple other cleaners and extra strength carpet and hard floor cleaners only for the pet smell to be back a few days later. This really does remove the smell and is used weekly to keep the house fresh. I use in the mop bucket, carpet cleaner and in a spray bottle. It is more on the expensive side but compared to buying multiple products each week to achieve the same thing it does balance out and the fact it actually works makes a difference. We no longer need to use air fresheners, wax melts or any additional scents to keep a nice smelling house which is a huge plus also. Honestly give it a try if you have tried everything else you'll hopefully have the same results as us!

Got an elderly dog with bladder stones who was weeing all over the house. Smealt like a public toilet. I tried everything. Saw this and thought 'yeah - right'. Nothing to loose, well only more money. Very pleasantly surprised, one treatment and the house smelt like a spa. Would give it 6 stars if I could. THANK YOU.

You use a small amount (7.5ml) in 5 litres of water. I used a garden sprayer to treat the carpets, hardwood floor, curtains, cushions and stuff I couldn't wash. After washing I treated the animal bedding. It's not a miracle cure, but it has greatly reduced the pee and general animal smell (4 cats, two of which pee on sofas and beds, a excitable Cocker spaniel and a geriatric Mastiff). I regularly spray high use areas and no longer worry about unexpected visitors. Definitely worth a try.

Does what it says with a very pleasant clean smell, not flowery or sickly. Only criticism I have is that it works out expensive if you have dogs and use this to clean the floors every day which is what I wanted it for.

Our diabetic girl leaves large landmines behind & has a bladder the size of a whale. We both work all day. So if the girl has a busy day with the ol' local rag & some quiet time in the bathroom, our poor wee boyo ends up having a breakdown over his precious booties getting dirty, which leaves us to be greeted by dappled carpets througout the hallway when we get home. Occasionally this would mean that a certain thirsty miss might partake of the same carpet, for extra large patches. This is despite a wide choice for toileting needs as, of course, Her Ladyship also doesn't like her precious tootsies being soiled and enjoys having options for her depositing needs (peasants such as the boy have no interest to Her Royal Highness so his requirements are nonexistent. Our third cat is a ninja. She always finds a way to keep her feet clean & use the appropriate toilet. She also appears from rooms she wasn't in a few seconds earlier. We no longer question this.) Our poor abused carpet was given gentle treatment with KOE at first as a spot attack. Following the instructions was easy, spraying it where needed. Then, when that seemed to work, we dumped four litres of solution through a carpet cleaner and blitzed the whole section afflicted. (Sometimes you just need to nuke something, as if from orbit, just to be sure.) We enjoyed a light fresh scent with a bare hint of disinfectant for a couple of hours. Here we are, five weeks later, and not a dappled, ammonia scented spot in sight. We still have a spray bottle available, just in case, and have installed yet another tray (because triangles are not conducive to a comfortable toiletry, according to Her Highness). But the carpet has remained abuse free. Considering how little we've used, and how effective the solution was, we'll be having standby bottles of KOE around the house for several years. Just in case Himself decides today is the day he really can't risk his precious beans.

J'ai acheté ce produit en dernier espoir. J'ai essayé tout les produits possibles et inimaginables, les astuces de grand mères et rien n'y fait, l'odeur d'urine que mes 5 chiens ont laissés sur mon lino est insupportable dans l'entrée de mon appartement. J'ai utilisée pour la première fois ce produit aujourd'hui, et je remarque déjà un grand changement d'odeur dans l'entrée. J'espère qu'à force de l'utiliser tous les jours l'odeur finira par disparaître. Il est certe assez onéreux mais si il fait le travail... Je voudrais aussi parler du service client qui est vraiment au top. Je l'ai contacter une première fois car il y avais un soucis de transport, et une seconde fois car je n'arrivais pas à calculer en français la dose prescrite. La personne qui m'a répondue à été très sympathique et claire. Et je la remercie beaucoup pour cela. Je joins la photo de la dose préconisée en français.

This is the best!!! I use it to mob floors, the scent is pleasant and no pet odor.
