I absolutely love this basket. A lot of reviews complain that the basket falls apart. I’m not planning on putting anything of much weight in my basket and it holds my phone, air pods, water bottle just fine. I love the leather straps. Sturdy constructive. Classic look. My bike stays in the garage when not used so I can’t comment on how it holds up outside for long periods. I definitely recommend this basket.

I just wanted a small basket for my bike, just big enough for my phone and camera. I thought this one was smaller than the others because I misread the dimensions. I was going to return it. I kept telling myself to return it. It's just too expensive for something I can't even use. It doesn't fit my bike. The straps are too far apart for my Townie. And even if it did fit, it's just way too nice to be strapped to a bicycle. So why didn't I return it? Just out of curiosity, I put some flowers in it. It looked really pretty, so I placed it on top of a large chest in the corner of my bedroom. Well, I shouldn't have done that because now I can't bring myself to return it! Normally I would not pay $45 for a decorative basket. I already have too many of those. But it looks amazing! In dim light, it glows. In bright light, it sparkles. Short story long - this is a beautiful, high quality 5 star basket.

I live in Miami and have used the basket for 5 months and it has been working great. I am writing the review because some reviews said their basket was falling apart, mine is still in great condition. I use it for my purse, books, my daughter's lunch box, things like that. I have been using it 5 days a week or more since February and less often before that. I wouldn't put something super heavy in it or want it to get wet but it has been great for my purpose and is very attractive, I have gotten compliments on it. That being said, I did see one on another bike at the grocery store and the bottom was starting to break apart. I can only surmise that they let it get wet and that might lead to deterioration.

The basket is a good size for my ladies bike, it is well made but not as sturdy as a wicker basket which makes it less bulky. It's perfect for my bike & the bits & bobs that I put in it after a cycle into town. Very happy with my purchase.

Dieser Fahrradkorb sieht absolut süß aus und es passt auch genug rein. Durch seine bauchige Form fallen die Dinge nicht heraus. Er lässt sich wunderbar einfach mit den zwei Lederriemen am Lenker befestigen und es hällt prima! Das Material ist sehr stabil und hällt auch den Regen ohne Probleme aus. Wer also keine Lust mehr auf die langweiligen Einheitsfahrradkörbe aus Metall hat, ist mit diesem Korb absolut bestens bedient. Sehr empfehlenswert!
