When I purchased a color Laser Jet Pro MFP MD281cdw from Costco, I had no idea that I would have difficulty finding toner cartridges so when the original HP cartridges ran out, I searched everywhere for a replacement. I could not find HP cartridges but to my delight, I found exactly what I needed on Amazon. What I didn't know was just how great the True Image Compatible Toner Cartridges were. I assumed that maybe the color wouldn't be as bright or there would be streakiness or the cartridge would work until it was half gone then clog but no. These cartridges are top notch. The color is vivid. the cartridges themselves are sleek, drop in smoothly and are long lasting. The second time I needed to replace cartridges, I thought "maybe I will get the HP originals this time." I could only find HP black (still not in stock at Costco) but the True Image cartridges were still available on Amazon and again, I was utterly pleased. I am so grateful that they have these available that I will never use anything else. The are sleek, well made, compatible with my printer and last a long time. I have a small business and print a lot of my own brochures for my office and for marketing. I feel like I have gotten my money's worth. I have had HP printers reject cartriges from other suppliers with the all in one printers I have used before. I believe HP sends out an electronic update to make sure that the printers reject cartridges that are not their proprietary brand but so far this has not been an issue and I would have certainly complained if it had since I have had such difficulty even finding HP replacement cartridges. As long as HP doesn't mess things up, I will always use these as I think they are the best. And if HP does what it did to previous printers I have owned (send out the update to block other cartridge use), I will have to resort to never owning a HP printer again. BTW, my solution to the ink issue with the HP all in one printers was to buy an Epson Workforce. Print not so great but certainly adequate for my medical office's everyday needs. when I don't need professional looking print work. If I need the best, I use the laser printer with the True Imager toner cartridges.

FINALLY!!!! A 3rd party toner that works with our HP Color Laserjet MFP M281cdw! Hallelujah. It also has instructions on how to turn off chip updates so it doesn't keep rejecting 3rd party toners. Great value for the money and worked great.

I've purchased this set before and will again in the future. The color-coded cartridges were very easy to install, and the cartridges worked seamlessly with my printer without any compatibility issues. The print quality surpassed my expectations. Every document, whether it was text-heavy or graphics-rich, came out crisp, clear, and professional-looking. The set of cartridges lasted much longer than I anticipated, which saved me money. Over the years they have certainly earned my trust and loyalty with their products. An additional benefit was that the old cartridges fit perfectly into the shipping box so I can dispose of the cartridges in an eco-friendly center.

The price, quality, and speed, and customer service was very good. The one I got directly from Amazon thta leaked. I contacted the company directly and they sent me a one that is much better. All I had to do was send them a picture of a printout to show the results. I think the product may have been held stored too long at Amazon. For the price, you can't go wrong. The service was perfect. I will buy again.

I purchased this item in February. The return window is only 1 month. After that window closed, I have been dealing with toner leaking onto everything I print. First, it was the magenta, and now both the magenta and the Cyan are leaking. I will never buy these again. I only gave it 1 star because no stars was not an option.

Toner seems to work fine. Colors are vibrant though it has trouble pulling Cyan properly. (too dark). But does the job. The issue I have is that the toner carts make a thumping sound- I'm just waiting for the plastic gears to break. TRUE IMAGE, can you advise please?

These toner cartridges arrived within the expected timeframe, are neatly packaged to protect the product and are easy to install. They are sturdy and well designed to fit my HP printer. This is my second order of these cartridges and both times the items have worked well. I have had issues in the past with other cartridges not working on my HP printer but these have not been a problem. If you are looking for a toner cartridge replacement that won’t break the bank and still offer high quality toner, then look no further because this is the product for you.

Have bought several times. Is always a win! Ink works great, easy to install, print quality seems same as manufacturer ink.

Fit perfectly into my HP color laser. No leaking or streaking yet unlike other brands. Did not trigger a toner warning as I am running the older update which ignores non-hp chipped warnings so I can't speak to whether or not that will be an issue for you. Overall they were a good buy compared to others I have tried and I will buy another set when needed. Been using them for almost 8 months of limited printing with no problems.
