Can’t beat it for the price!
So I’d like to start off saying that this thing is a beast for how cheap it is. I mean seriously, you can’t really do better.Anyways, I bought this because I was tired of rubbing holes in my leather gloves while mowing parks with the park district I work at. So I though I’d give this spinner a shot and it’s been such a joy to use! I mow 6 hours a day, 5 days a week and it’s been on the wheel of our Toro 4100 for about a month now and (aside from it coming loose right when I got it, you just have to tighten it all the way until the two sides clamp together) it hasn’t let me down once yet. Even with it clamped all the way together it still has some up and down play, but I feel that it’s not a downside at all.I’d also like to say I ain’t being nice to this thing and I probably put this thing through extremely heavy usage when I’m twisting and turning around trees/light poles pretty much all day. I’ve seen some other people commenting that “it’s not working for them on their mower” or “it’s cheap plastic and it won’t last”, well what do you expect for $10 freaking dollars?!?! It’s lasted me a month and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it.That’s basically it though, I mean it’s a simple tool that makes my job a whole lot easier and I’m very happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a cheap spinner, this is the one you should get.

Works well, great "starter" knob
First of all, this was an inexpensive option to solve a short-term problem. I recently had surgery on my right (dominant) shoulder. Once I started driving, it felt like I was driving a vehicle with the power steering on the fritz. After checking tires, and steering wheel fluid (all good) I had my father drive the car. He told me it was me!I remember years ago, my grandfather had a knob like this, so I went on the hunt. It was the end of the month and I only had a few dollars to spend. This looked like the best choice. Once I got it installed -- YOU WILL NEED A DEEP SOCKET SET TO DO THIS IF YOU ARE INJURED -- I took the car for a spin. I love it, except for the placement of the hinge. KEEP THIS IN MIND OF YOU ARE HEAVY! The hinge tends to hit my stomach. I had to adjust the height of my seat to compensate. If I were to purchase another, this would be a consideration. The plastic is adequate, but if you are considering this for a long-term thing, go for a slightly better model. This one, you can feel the edges where it was put together. It doesn't hurt, but it doesn't have that good feeling of something super sturdy and solid. I remember the one my grandpa had was made of bowling ball material. It had a good hand-feel to it.I am in no way bashing this knob. It works, and I am really enjoying it. I might shop around for a better one in the future, but for now, this one is doing the job nicely!

Lock washers not included
Bought this for my lawn tractor and liked it for about a month. Then it felt loose and I discovered the nut holding the knob on had fallen off and was lost in the yard. I had some spare nuts around about the right size but they didn't fit. Maybe this is metric. The knob should include lock nuts or lock washers to prevent this.UPDATE: After trying an failing as a different spinning brand, I went to the hardware store and got a locking nut with the nylon insert to keep the bottom nut from coming loose. You could do the same with LockTite blue. I fixed the problem of the loose knob by putting a second nut between the knob and the attachment band. This keeps the bolt tight against the knob but still spins nicely. Another benefit of putting a second nut on the top is it give more room from the steering wheel so the wheel doesn't hit your knuckles. Note, the threads are metric, so if you look for a replacement or additional nut look for that.
