Can this product be used on diamond paintings?

I use the product on my diamond paintings,and it works perfect.

Can this product be used on cardstock? Scrapbook paper?

Yes , this product can be used for paper crafting.

So the company says it's not for paper and that it can be used for paper, which is it?!

Maybe it means it's not meant to glue paper to paper. I have seen a couple videos using this for decopauge and it seemed to work beautifully.

Can it be used on top of white chalk paint ?

Yes this product can be used over the chalk paints.
