I ordered one of these a year ago. Thing worked awesome and was accurate and clear and easy to use. Hunted in some rain this season and it got water on the inside. Lens got fogged up. Called vortex. Didn’t have to wait on hold. Talked to a service rep named Sarah. She immedietly sent out a brand new one and included a hat and nice shirt with it. Return label was in the box to send the broken one back. Vortex has the best warranty in the business.
