So I started buying a sensitive gums toothpaste which didn't help much. Then I really went nuts and bought a Philips Sonicare toothbrush for over a hundred bucks and right after I did that, I saw this stuff. I bought it too. I used it for a few weeks and it didn't seem to do much at first. But about a month into taking it (that's as long as they tell you to take it), this product combined with my Sonicare toothbrush (on massage setting) has my mouth clean and pain free. It's hard to say which had the most effect so I'll split the difference. This stuff tastes terrible but it was worth it to have my mouth back to normal.
