It's always such a toss up giving my 5yo ARFID kiddo something to consume but he has been withholding his BMs as we are potty training and we needed something to help him go because he was constipating himself. He loves the taste of them and eats them willingly! First night he took one gummy, had a small BM in the morning. Next night we tried 2 gummies and had another BM on the smaller side. So taste wise I would give it a 5 star but we didn't get much out so I took a star away. Ended up going with dulcolax and that worked like a charm.
