They contain an enzyme that eats “rouge proteins” which are scar tissue and adhesions. I have both but it was the adhesions I particularly wanted to ward off as they have caused some serious issues for me from previous surgeries. For them to be effective for scar tissue and adhesions, you have to take these capsules at least 2hrs before or after eating. (ie, on an empty stomach) I don’t take them every day, but 2 or 3 times a week.
