Great for bulking
Very bland if not cocked in a stock or sauce. They are better when rinsed in cold water, they take on the flavour of the stir fry. They are better stir fried.

Great value and a great noodle substitute
I love these. No need to precook. Yes you get a not so pleasant fishy smell when you open the packet but throw them in a sieve and rinse a little under the tap .... they don’t need much rinsing! Then Chuck them in your dish you are cooking. It’s a great price btw - for one packet in Tesco at £2.50 these are a steal.

Not bad
It is very chewy so you have to chew much more than regular noodles. But overall given the amount of calories - I think its worth it. The only negative would for me would be the price. One packet comes out nearly 2 pounds and that's double the price I would like to pay.

I am sorry but no
I bought this in the hope it will aid my weight loss. Firstly it stinks, I've read reviews where this is mentioned as a faint aroma, am sorry but no this is more than that. Even after washing it thoroughly it does not smell pleasing. First time I had it, the following morning I threw up, but seeing as I had two meals that day I didn't want to judge too quickly. The next day after a 16 hour fast I gave it another try just after a coffee, this was the first thing I had. I put the noodles into a soup. I threw up an hour later. Maybe it does not agree with me maybe it was. A bad batch but, either way no more. Diet food should not be this hard. Am sorry am not trying to deter anyone from buying this, this was simply my experience and it wasn't a good one. Also this item is not eligible for a refund.

Great keto substitute
My favourite keto noodles substitute , konjac noodles have a rubbery texture and no taste n these are great because they are so thin, I add coconut aminos to noddles when heating in microwave to try and add flavour, best for “ saucy” dishes and I make a pack last for two dishes as wouldn’t be enjoyable as main part of meal,

Great substitute
.Lighter than real noodles and a great substitute. Don’t be put off by smell when opening the packet a good rinse off and you can't taste it. I've reordered as now a Keto staple.

Easy cook
Good diet food if your on a low carb diet, I prefer this to having spaghetti as it’s thinner with less crunch, I have also used it in stir fries as it’s easy to use and all you are doing is heating it, takes 5 mins. Wash first though as it has an odour

Don't let the smell put you off
Foul smell when you open them, just rinse them loads!!! Luckily they take on any flavour you use! Well worth the zero carbs and next to no calories
