I've purchased this many times now and I love it. Knocks me out much faster than melatonin, seems to help digestion, and leaves you with a quick rebound for muscle pain and slightly improved mood in the mornings. It does cause some crazy vivid dreams, but not stressful ones, and for men, you will wake up umm...ready for the days action if you know what I mean. Over all a great purchase worth every penny. The bottle lasts a while so it's not something your constantly splurging on which is nice. You get more than enough to make it worth the money.

Improves sleep and recovery

These are some of the best ZMA supplements I have found. The ingredients and doses seem effective, and the two-pack is great value for the price. I use these to try and help improve the quality of my sleep, and I wake up feeling better rested. I have found these especially helpful after hard workouts where falling asleep can be difficult. Overall, highly recommended.

Love the product. It has helped me sleep so much better. It would be 5 stars but recently I have started receiving bottles with the capsules busted open making a mess. Please fix this. Seems like a basic manufacturing issue. I will keep buying u.til I find a similar product that doesn't spill the supplement all over the bottle

Great product for sleep and muscle recovery

This stuff almost sent me to the E. R. dept. of a hospital. I usually just take just one capsule and it makes me drowsy enough for sleep. On one particular night, however, I took it as usual and 4 hours later I woke up with an uneasy feeling of breathing, tightness in my body and my heart pumping fast. I also noticed some twitching in my arms and legs. It was horrible! I woke up my wife terrified and she prayed for me while I drank a chamomile tea hoping to calm me down. Thank God 20 minutes later, my body relaxed and I fell asleep, but it wasn't a great sleep by any stretch. So, I don't know why this time around I had that experience. I do remember awhile ago having something similar. At that time I stopped taking the supplement but decided to continue again since I took it one night and had no side effects. So be careful. Take with caution.

I don’t know what it is about the ingredients in this product compared to some of the others, but it works really well. I go to sleep quickly and wake up feeling rested. I tried using a different ZMA that has Boron in it, but that one did nothing. After 2 nights, I purchased another bottle of this.

Caused jitters, racing heart rate, nausea and vivid nightmares; truly an awful product.

On the first night I slept as I normally do but woke up feeling recovered and ready for another hard workout.
