My Q1200's grill burner was only allowing approximately half of one side to show any flames. I cleaned it and still didn't resolve the issue, so I bought this as a replacement and now have flames all around as intended. An inexpensive replacement for a 5-year old part that had simply worn out with use. NOTE: This part's connection to the valve has a mesh sleeve. The original does not. To replace the part you unscrew one screw, slide the old burner out and put the new one in, using a screw to anchor it. Of course, all of this is done when the grill is cold, and no propane is going to the grill. The whole fix took under 5 minutes. Anyone can do it, and the replacement part was 100% compatible, fit as expected, and functioned as it should. It feels as durable as the original and I expect it will work for another 2-4 years before needing to be replaced. NOTE: I will also be replacing the regulator with an upgraded version (part available on Amazon). I got my Q1200 in May of 2021 and I've noticed that over time, there is a low flame size and no way to increase it with the dial. Replacing the regulator should fix this issue. It's much cheaper to swap out parts than buy a whole new grill.

Perfect fit and works well on my Weber Q100. Very easy install. Remove 1 screw, pull old burner out , put in new burner replacing the screen and done.

This burner fit perfectly and worked very well. It was easy to install just a piece of cake and once I cleaned the barbecue and slipped it in place it worked like a dream. It seems that a reflector on the burner in the design would help very much to keep the grease out of the holes in the burner the produce the flame that’s what seems to plug it up and to clean that out is a real job. You don’t want to destroy the size of the hole it’s very important to maintain the standard size holes, so don’t ever drill them. Just clean them with a straight pin and air. Thank you, Mark.

Purchased this to replace the burner tube of a Weber Q220 that had rusted through. Simple to replace and feel as though it actually outputs a better flame compared to the stock burner. Will be interested to see how long it lasts - but at this time meets its purpose.

Works perfectly, like the original. Installation is really easy (just one screw) and your grill will work like new. I definitely recommend it!
