International Taxation in a Nutshell (Nutshells) 12th Edition

The head of the SoCal region’s international tax practice told me to get this book on day 1 of my first big 4 job in international tax 10 years ago and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this version which includes the TCJA updates. When I get too in the weeds I still turn back to this book to remember the big picture. Couldn’t live (professionally) without it!

I haven't finished yet but so far I am more than satisfied. It is more than I expected.As a foreign tax attorney it has cleared many concepts and has helped me understand US Tax Policy.The book is easy to read and understand. It is definitely more than a starter guide. I wilm definitely recommend this.

This book is an excellent reference that I go back to again and again whenever international tax questions surface.
