Two thumbs up from a stiff, out of shape senior
I’ve had this a month now. I’ve used it daily and used two of the three possible movement directions. I have not yet tried the programs. I’m 75, overweight, and not flexible. All the issues seniors face with stiffness and aches and whatnot, I’ve got. This review is for all y'all that are, too. What I’ve found is that it has helped my balance (I’m moving more easily over the yard to get to the car and whatnot), my strength is improving (I’ve carried the large cat-food bags in where previously I had difficulty lifting them), my flexibility increased (I’m easily bending down to pick things up, etc), aches in body and joints (just general aches go away and stay away for quite a while, to my surprise), and my energy has gone up (previously I was too tired to walk to the next room until I absolutely had to). In a month! (I need an extra ! on that). To accomplish this, I’ve stood on it and bent my knees a little (nowhere near an actual squat) for 15 seconds or so, and I’ve got a little 2lb hand weights and still standing on it, I do 4 curls, 4 lifts up and down over my head, 4 lifts to the side. I then turn at the waist (I can only go a small amount around, so far) in each direction. That takes me about 2 minutes or so. That’s it. Seriously, that is all I'm doing. My body feels as if it has worked out for a long time. I don’t quite understand how, but it does. The machine takes each direction up to (iirc) level 60 but I’m only on level 1. Haven’t gotten farther – don’t need to, at least not yet. I started and was on it for just over 1 minute that first time and felt like I’d worked out for an hour. A month later, I’m at 3+ minutes and feel like I’ve really worked out. My body is really responding. I’ve even started using it for 20 seconds before bed because after sitting all evening when I stand up I’m all stiff and if I just lay down in bed I spend an hour while my legs and back object and carry on. That 20 seconds of shaking sorts it all out and I sleep easily without all the leg and back foofaraw. I have a bad back and I was afraid this machine would be a bad thing, shaking me around. Not so. It is better than sliced bread, lol. If you’re a senior like me and you’re debating if you should get it or not due to cost and wondering if it really works, let this review encourage you. Go for it. Worth every single cent. I feel so much better. This gets bonus stars if they had them.

Solid machine that can vibrate in all directions at once and a lifetime warrany
This is a great machine to augment fitness training, getting circulation going in areas that generally don't get activated in great, the wrist remote is a huge plus to operate it. Wife loves it and I use it too. Love that it vibrates in all the directions at the same time if you want too. Sturdy built machine witha great instruction manual. Comes with resistance bands and wheels to make portable, also a Lifetime warrany.

Honestly the best purchase I have ever made
Two weeks into my journey with the rumblex 4d pro. It is honestly crazy how much better I feel! I have been following Amber’s 30min workouts daily.(they are on YouTube and Facebook, there are also other instructors) I love Amber’s workout, I love how she pushes you and then dances so loosen up and back to pushing the burn, also love how motivating she is! I love how sturdy the platform is. After a few uses I have really figured out how to move freely on it and maintain my balance, with following the workouts there is a lot of toe taps while squatting or leg lifts or using sliders 1 leg on and 1 leg off the platform. At first I was wobbly and you could hear the suction cup bottom pop off the wood floors a bit (not tipping the platform, just breaking that suction and then going right back) now I know where to keep my center of gravity for the different movements and I am impressed with how much I can do. I am able to work out a lot harder than I ever have before without getting as sore. There was 1 day were I had to half the amount of weights I was using because I pushed a little too hard the day before but I recovered so quick! Getting on the platform that next day and going a little lighter allowed me to work that pain out and I felt so much better. I have also noticed that I am able to do more pushups and longer planks on the platform, I feel like it jiggles out the pain so I can keep going. My whole family is using it! My husband is doing daily workouts sometimes his own but also following some of Amber’s harder workouts. My kids are also in love. I have to limit their usage as they would stay on for hours if we let them. My 6yo daughter has started following some 10 minute kids workout videos, it’s impressive how she knows which movements to do on the platform and which she needs to move to the floor. Her balance has improved so much so quickly. She has a long way to learn the correct way to do the movements but she gives it her all and likes to do yoga after. My son is 4, the first week he was mostly standing on it and singing or sitting and playing with his cars. However this week, he has started to follow the workouts with me. He will stand beside or sit under me, he will use a 1.5lbs weight and follow the movements, grab a stretchy band and do the arm movements parallel to me on the other side of the platform. His favorite part is the Pilates squishy ball, so we slightly deflated one of their play balls for him and he will do his best to keep up. This is a fantastic platform, both the vibration platform and LifePro workouts on YouTube. A beautiful combo!

STOP RAMBLING AND START RUMBLING
This review is comprised of my initial thoughts after receiving the Rumble Plus less than a week ago and using it on 4 occasions. I will update again after a few months of use. The item arrived in a very big HEAVY box and was incredibly well packaged. It's a very well built and solid piece of equipment. It's not something you could easily move around if you wanted to use it on different floors of a home, but it does have wheels and a handle, therefore, pretty easy to move around in a one level dwelling. The Rumble really does look and perform impressively. Silly as it may sound, it took me at least 10 minutes to get the battery compartment open, to remove the plastic tab. I think others have had same issue. I also find that the wrist band does not snap on well onto the wrist and I found myself constantly adjusting it to lock it into place, but as yet, it doesn't stay locked in. The levels of motion and intensity are really great. I feel that whatever the individual needs are, can be met with all the different options available in the settings. I find that working with the unit manually requires a bit of a learning curve and isn't as straight forward as it could be but I won't be too critical as I havent spent enough time with it yet. Another negative is the length of the power cord. It's quite short and I feel it should be twice as long. I intend on purchasing a longer power cord. Are there really health benefits to using this equipment? I honestly do not know at this early stage, but certain logic may suggest so. Another very positive mention is the lifetime warranty. Literature in the box, makes it very clear, that Lifepro wiill replace the item in the event of any malfunctions. Rather than represent such in small fine print somewhere at the bottom of the page, they make it very obvious that they will do so. ThIs assurance would surely give buyers a lot of confidence in Lifepro, if indeed they stand behind their warranty claim. There seem to be quite a number of good tutorials on youtube to help you get familiar with the Rumble. So for now, I will stop rambling and start rumbling.

Rumblex Plus 2 day review
Just received my Rumblex Plus 4D. Used it twice the first day about 10 hours apart for 10 minutes as suggested online. Did not read instructions. Very simple to use. Found that programmed vibrations are very nice as they challenge your balance. Comfortable without shoes but prefer socks. Unit is large enough to stand on with comfortably and the unit is heavy enough not to move around with no one on it. Very sturdy and quiet, place the mat underneath and it is even quieter. Very surprised at the volume of the unit. Only used it for 2 days at the time of this review. Definitely felt a difference the first day. Second day notice a little more with my balance, first day I was catching myself adjusting my balance. The programs change motion which challenges your balance. I'm diabetic and just closing my eyes, throws my balance off. Will update my review in another 6 months if I remember. LOL

Love it!
Just received this vibration plate the other day. Very easy to set up and my husband and I got started right away. We’re still getting used to programming and such, but will get easier the more we use it. After only a few uses, my legs and lower back feel so much better! A friend was visiting and tried it just once, and when he went home, ordered his own. Looking forward to a long relationship with our Lifepro vibration plate!

Solid and Easy to Use Vibration Plate LifePro is a quality company
I have been using this machine consistently for about 3 months. Primarily I wanted it for the ability to generate bone strength, muscle strength, and to move lymph as per the recent pubmed articles on vibration plates. After much ado of looking at hertz and amplitude, I went with the Rumblex 4D, to cover my needs. I found that besides the things I was using the vibration plate for, it really helped with constipation, lymph stagnation, and balance/agility. Since starting with the machine, I have noticed better balance, even after jumping when a snake was in my path on my trail walk. I feel more confident when the weather turns inclement that I will be steadier on my feet. I can't attribute muscle or bone to any improvement, because I haven't taken DXA measurements that would prove it, and most bone health studies require at least a year to see the difference. I will say that my legs look noticeably better than they did before. I loved that I could set an appointment with a Lifepro specialist and have all my questions answered. It is recommended to be hydrated and to wait 1 hour after eating, or use before eating. I now know that for my concerns, these are the settings that I need to get the most out of the vibration plate: Bone Growth-Oscillation and Pulsation/speed 15-30 Lymphatic Drainage-Any speed that is comfortable with oscillation. Muscle Growth - Oscillation Recovery - Oscillation and Pulsation. Stand on the platform, or sit in a chair with feet on the platform. Use at a low speed 15-30. Sleep - Pulsation at a slow speed. Constipation - Oscillation 15-25. Sit on the platform with hands on knees to transfer the vibration up higher in the abdomen. Balance and Muscle Coordination -Stretching and muscle activation on the sides of the body,-General Wellness, Warming-up before workouts, and session variety - Use the lateral Movement motor. The Bluetooth is nice for when I am listening to music or a podcast while on the vibration plate. I didn't love the handheld resistance bands, as they aren't strong enough to really do much. But if you are just starting out, they will be a gentle beginning. The "slap bracelet" remote control is great to change things while you are standing on the platform. It's easy to use, doesn't take up too much room, and the wheels on the side make moving it easier than trying to lift it to move it. With 3 motors that can be used all together, one at a time, or in any combination together, you're sure to find the perfect setting for your own wellbeing needs. It's easy to fit into my already busy days, and takes up no real extra time.

Well made and sturdy machine
So far, I love my new Rumblex Plus. I was encouraged to purchase a LifePro vibration machine by my Physical Therapist to help with Lipedema. Not only is it good for lymphatic system but apparently it also has benefits for pain relief, bone health, and general circulatory help. I have heard it may aid in weight loss too. As a middle aged lady, I would say that it will be beneficial in all aspects. I have had my unit for a week and so far it has been great. It appears to be well made and sturdy. I have used it daily at low speed for lymph support, the recommended 10 minutes a day. I have also used the pre programmed modes to help relieve pain in my lower back and legs in addition to this several times during the week. It feels nice and seems to help loosen tight muscles. It is a heavy duty machine. It came with instructions, a nice yoga type mat, arm bands that attach to the bottom of the machine, resistance bands, and a wrist remote (with battery). There are wheels to help with moving it. Set up was easy. I keep a bar stool next to the machine as a hand hold for stability. My Physical Therapist had a LifePro Waver. I like that this brand is preferred and recommended by health professionals. I also love that it has a lifetime warranty. I chose to get the Rumblex Plus for the extra functions and variety in programs. The higher speeds and vibrations are quite powerful. It may take some time before I use those. The wrist remote is such a great thought for safety and convenience! I’m very happy with my purchase. Looking forward to seeing some great results and using this nice machine to help support my health.
