V2 Electric Golf Trolley/Cart With 36 Hole Standard battery With Auto-Distance Functionality

A basic trolley but exactly as described. Next time I will buy one with a brake. Otherwise very pleased so far.

Reasonably priced easily assembled and folds tidally into the supplied bag, good accessories with a very smooth motor that works well on the golf course.

DO NOT BUY!!! I purchased the Caddymatic at the start of May 2020. When I received it, the product was easy to assemble and worked fine initially. After about 10 days the front screen fell off during a round of golf for no reason, I’m not one to moan about little things so I cello taped the screen back on. After about another two weeks I was playing golf again and the trolley started losing it. Sometimes it wouldn’t move at all and then other times it would go shooting off. I got in touch with Sports HQ and after some persuasion they agreed to collect the trolley and look at it. This they did and once received back they confirmed the trolley had a fault. They fixed it and sent it back to me which was fine. The first two rounds of golf with the trolley was absolutely fine, however on the third day the trolley simply wouldn’t switch on. Again I contacted the company and after sometime they agreed to collect it. I said that I don’t want the trolley back as I don’t think this is right and would appreciate a full refund. After much chasing they informed me that the trolley was fine and had no faults and would be sending me it back. I said that I had asked numerous times about a refund and they said it wouldn’t be happening as there was nothing wrong with the trolley. I don’t think this is right at all and don’t think I should be having to send it back everytime there is an issue which seems to be a lot!

Quick delivery, and working well so far. The assembly instructions are poor, and I spent some time thinking about how to wire in the battery. You'll need a screwdriver. It's quite heavy, but plenty of power for hills, and lots of speed options. Would recommend.

Needed a new cart badly, really pleased with this one, even has a place for golf umbrella 👍

Love the trolley

A reliable trolley the only downside is having to fully discharge the battery after each round but there is nothing in the manual to tell you how to do this.
