I'd assume it cuts vinyl easily. Two tricks. First cut very very slowly. Also brace it so it doesn't wiggle by putting a piece of scrap lumber behind it **Q: Is this blade good for cutting MDF sheets?** A: The blade is made for cutting the composite decking material.
