Air Wick Candle in Teak Wood & Sea Salt

I was surprised to see the size of this product and the smell was lovely . I am so glad I purchased this and signed up for a subscription.

Was a bit worried about ordering glass jar candles online but these came in some seriously good boxes with no unnecessary plastic. These are huge candles, I have put my Ikea coffee mug next to them for scale so I can easily see them lasting a very long time. I bought two of these, the Teak Wood & Sea Salt candle fragrance really reminds me of fresh sea air & the Cedar Wood & White Musk definitely lives up to its name and is a much warmer scent. The jar has a really good resealable lid so once I have finished with the candles I will be reusing these around around the house.

Lovely scent but it hardly fills up a small room! Also, the advertising fails to mention it is also made up of synthetic fragrances! It only mentions it on the jar with a very small text in French!

An HONEST review!! Absolutely not worth £20 ludicrous price for this, I got it when it was £14.99 because the reviews were so good and convincing about it’s brilliance let me tell u, I got the white musk and even on cold sniff after removing the jar lid and smelling cold which we all do we like a little taste of what is to come,and at that moment it was a complete letdown, NO fragrance NONE ZERO and I burn candles for at least six hrs at any one time to allow the waxto pool and melt completely, this candle didn’t burn right and it left nobbily clumps of wax down the sides of the jar as it was burning down like the jar had a serious case of acne! I can never smell the small airwick candles the ones u get from the supermarket,but because this one is large I assumed that the fragrance would be more powerful, it wasn’t and it’s the fact this is in the same price range as Yankee candle, candles u would expect the quality to be on a similar level or just as good but it’s not, it was a expensive mistake so at £20 asking price it’s even more so for that I think people prepared to pay that for a candle deserve to be told the truth about how bad this particular candle was, spend that money on a Yankee u are less likely to be disappointed.

This candle is large and great value for money but has very little smell and got a glade , I was disappointed. Not the smell I expected. Works better in a small room.

I normally always buy Yankee candles but they can be expensive and the smell doesn’t always match up to the price so was shopping around and came across the Airwick ones. Bought the Cedar Wood one first then came across this one. Never heard of Teak Wood before but because of the cost thought it was low risk if I didn’t like it but it’s like nothing I’ve ever smelt before! It’s fresh, almost like the smell you get in a spa, but wouldn’t necessarily say it’s a feminine fragrance as both men (my boyfriend) and women (me!) love the smell! Its such a unique smell, and given the cost and how long it burns for would highly recommend over some of the more well-known brands of candle

I purchased this product at a really good price when it was on offer. My Mrs loves candles, and usually has the famous Yankee brand. When I saw this, I had to snap it up as she loves a candles (especially in winter). On arrival, the packaging was very good ensuring no breakages in transit. It has a lovely scent when smelling straight from the jar, however, when burning, the scent stays there. The scent does not fill the room, not even faintly. It had a great burn time on it, even on for most of the day, we both were very disappointed and made a few comments numerous occasions that ' It doesn't smell'. Overall, I would not purchase this product again, and I would always stick to Yankees. So, if you are reading this, either wanting to purchase this as a gift or for someone who loves their candles, I would advise against it. I may have been ' unlucky' and got one without a strong scent, however, It seems they would all be made in the same way and factory.

Amazon never let me down for service. The product is a tried and tested favourite so I am very happy.
