My husband loves carrot cake. I was thrilled to find this on Amazon because sometimes getting to the store without him is hard, so I can't surprise him! I'm going to make this for him for the holidays. The package suggests adding shredded carrots to the batter so I'll do that. The directions are straightforward and promise a moist and tasty cake. The price was less than that of our local grocery store.

This is a WONDERFUL cake mix! My dad turned 65 this year and he's always loved this specific recipe for a Harvey Wallbanger cake that requires orange cake mix. I could not find this in store so I was THRILLED when I found it on Amaxon! My dad was so excited when he found out I made his cake with actual orange cake mix just like my grandma, his mom, used to make him. The first question he asked me was where in earth did I find orange cake mix! My dad LOVED the cake and it was something he hadn't had in many years. My siblings also loved the cake made with this mix. My sister loved it so much that I had to order more cake mix so we could make the cake again the following weekend. My other sister's boyfriend loved this mix so much that he said he wanted this mix for his own birthday in November! I will absolutely order this again as it was DELICIOUS!

Carrot cake mix is good if you don't have time to make from homemade. Mine was a little dry, needs more carrot pieces , add raisins and chopped nuts

I love a good carrot cake and this was fairly close to homemade. Due to my health issues I can't scratch bake anymore so I rely on mixes. This brand is excellent and has always been delicious. When I'm made this mix, I added a bit more spices and topped it with a homemade cream cheese frosting. The cake baked perfectly and was moist and flavorful. The only thing I can say negative is that some of the carrots had a somewhat rubbery texture. Overall I'd definitely purchase this mix again. The price is comparable to stores locally however they don't usually have this flavor on their shelves. I'm glad Amazon carries it in the single box option.

There are a few people in my family who love carrot cake. I saw this and figured I would give it a try as I will never be making one from scratch. I followed the directions which were very easy. I topped it with a cream cheese frosting. It was loved by everyone. Even the ones that are picky about their carrot cake. I would definitely recommend this cake mix. The cake was moist and delicious.

This is the best carrot cake mix. You can just make it per instructions or add fresh grated carrots, raisins, nuts, whatever and use it as a base for other recipes. Ingredient like spices really are nice.

This was 2nd time ordering this flavor and it was delicious and so easy to make. I used a bunt pan and it came out perfect.

I bought this product to use for Christmas. The product was purchased on 13/12/22 and the product sent expires on 22/12/22. What a complete waste of money, I purchased four products and all four expire on the 22nd. On top of that this product cannot be returned or exchanged. I would not recommend

When I lived in California, I used to make this Angelfood cake frequently for special occasions. I was delighted to be able to order it in France. It’s easy, delicious and special!!
