I mix it with good ole plain water - room temperature. In a plastic container shaken, not blended. It tastes like a nice juice drink without the heavy sweetness or richness of straight berry juice. It has a back flavor of greens which for me, just balances the taste out. I think it tastes just great.

If only a little over half of a scoop is the "phytonutrient blend", what is the other half? The maltodextrin? That can cause a blood sugar spike!

I just looked it up and the article said that it can raise your blood sugar level quicker than sugar!

how soon do you feel the effects of taking super red?

I actually felt a difference the first time I used this product and that is why I reordered it. They have others like Dr. Gundry, whose product is really expensive, but I found this product on Amazon for a much cheaper price and tried it. The polyphenols and the ingredients in this drink mix does something to boost your energy and it is natural. I am about to reorder. Try it. It does not take long for you to feel the effects of it.

Helps with systematic inflammation
