I got this hat for my son after his cheap red fireman hat cracked in half. He had gotten his from an actual fireman, and loved it. But it was cheap so I needed something more durable. This one fits him perfectly! It has a strap on the inside that can make it adjustable. He has a very large 99th percentile head, so I don’t even have to adjust this one. For size reference: He’s 25 months, 30 lbs, and wears 3T clothing.I love how realistic this one looks, and how well it’s made. We shouldn’t have any issues with this one breaking or cracking! He’s so funny… He usually wears it backwards, so the long part is in the front like a baseball hat. 😅Great deal for $10! Highly recommend.Hope this helps! ☺️

We ordered this for my son after the one he had previously cracked due to typical 3 year old roughhousing. I was a little leary about this one because we didn't want to spend a ton of money, but didn't want junk either. As I typically feel on Amazon, this was a gamble. But... he LOVES it! It is made with a thick plastic that will withstand a beating without being ridiculous. The size is adjustable which is a must have. My son immediately asked why it wasn't red, and when I told him that he'd been promoted to to Chief and that fire chiefs wear black helmets, it immediately was worth every penny. It even has a little hook on the back brim to hang it up - nice little touch. Overall, I highly recommend for all of the future firefighters out there - you can't go wrong with this one!

I bought this helmet for my son and he LOVED it. It's good quality, the packaging was pristine when I received my package in the mail. The Seller called me some time later and asked me to write a review. Happily, I say yes I would write a review, as he informed me they are a small business. He then asked me to do it right away, which annoyed me a little but I brushed it off thinking,'whatever, they are a small business just trying to get off the ground.' I told him I was busy and I'd do it later. Then he called me a SECOND time not long after the first call (maybe a half hour later). I recognized the number and didn't bother answering. I have only dealt with this sort of thing once before and it is irksome. This is why I give this 4 stars, because of the hassle. I can't bring myself to got lower than 4 stars because it is a good product, packaged and delivered beautifully.

A plastic kids fireman hat. No bells and whistles. Looks just like the photo. Fits a smidge loose on my and my teen girls heads, if you have a big melon, may be tight fitting. It’s perfect for the Halloween costume accompaniment .

Great quality and value fir the price. It has an adjustable strap so it fits many head sizes. My 3.5 year old loves this hat and is perfect for his Halloween costume.

I bought this for my son's 4th birthday. It has an adjustable fitting piece inside so you can tighten it down to smaller heads. I set it on one of the largest settings and it did not fit his head. Granted, he DOES have a bigger-than-average skull, but still, if this is supposed to be ages 3+, I'm not sure how a 6-7 year old could wear it. I took the fitting piece out entirely and it sits on his head just fine. I'll probably add some foam padding to make it snug and comfortable.Otherwise the quality is great.
