Organic Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil, 1.76 Fl Oz, 52 Servings, with Omega 3,6,7,9, Used Topically & Orally, Supports Hair, Skin & Nail Health

This stuff is VERY yellow and rubs off on your sheets and such, but it works. I eat mine, mostly, or mix it with a carrier oil and rub it on my scalp, and of COURSE I eat some some SBT SEED oil too, and use it on my face. I do not use this brand on my face, whether seed or berry, because for some reason it feels oilier, as though perhaps some other oil was added. The Sibu goes on my skin, and soaks in with no oily residue. I began using it to try to treat the demodex mite, but continue as it cured a strange bleeding problem I have. My Docs have no idea what causes my veins to spontaneously bleed and make blood blisters, and my skin to bleed from exfoliating. HOWEVER, Sea BUckthorn Berry Oil cures this problem. I am able to resume using ibuprofen and aspirin and other blood thinning pain relievers without massive blood blisters all over my arms. I have tried all the brands carried here at Amazon. I do not know if it is quality or a shipping problem, like overheating, that renders many brands ineffective. The only brands that arrive in effective working condition are: SIBU capsules, and this brand. I require a high dosage, about 200 drops per day or more. Thus, I cannot afford SIBU, and so I buy this brand. For my acne, which may or may not be caused by mites, I use Adovia dead sea mud soap, followed by tea tree oil which kills bacteria and mites so should help acne. I DO NOT use tea tree oil near my EYES, even though the mites are in my eye lashes, there I use the SIBU caps as I am not sure which SBT oil is supposed to kill the mites. Demodex: You may have this mite if: you are human. (by the age of 90, 100% have it. At 70, it was about 50%) you have gunk in your eyes when you wake. you lose any hair (all hair loss is most likely caused by this little bug--recently discovered by the makers of minoxidil...these mites THRIVE on minoxidil, they love hormones apparently. Thus the male pattern baldness! Do you think Trump will be angry when he finds out?) you have undiagnosed itchy things like bug bites in areas where dandruff could fall. you have acne. you have arthritis. you have blood blisters. you have rosacea. you have psoriasis. eczema. etc. etc. Your doctor says you have delusional parisite syndrome. HAH! These are the same bugs that cause one type of MANGE! (no, not sarcoptic so don't drink borax!) I did a few days of saturating my head with berry and seed oil mixed at 7-2 proportion fruit to seed, as I am immitating SIBU brand capsules formula as close as I can. I put it in my hair and cover with plastic every night, tho it is said you need only wait 10 minutes. I want the oil waiting for the new hatchlings. TO DIE!!!! Now I am putting a bit of the oil in my hair each day, and spraying Tea Tree Oil mixed with ethyl alcohol on my head at night when I feel the mites moving. (they are encamped in a small area on the back of my head now, having moved from the top where I lost some hair before I noticed them) I wash my face and body with SIbu BAR SOAP which lasts forever and is delightfully creamy, tonerish, leaves skin with pores tight and skin "dewy." Oil on face is too greasy, so I mix it with a lotion except at night. Good luck in the battle of the bugs and/or bumps!

I'm almost 70 and use a lot of antibacterial dish-washing soap. We've had a long spell of LOW humidity in Texas this past winter...and beyond. My hands have become VERY dry. They started cracking (like paper cuts). I could not even type without them cracking. After ONE use of this BERRY Oil, they were healed! I left it on (full strength) overnight. I DO have to continue to use almost nightly because I hand-wash lots of dishes daily. (My hard water kills dishwashers within months.) Yes! It stains everything it touches! Yes! It washes out! Yes! It smells!.......NOT a fishy smell at all......an earthy smell....that dissipates after about an hour. No! It does not CONTINUE to remain as OILY as MOST other oils. Coconut oil is VERY effective for DRY skin, too; but EVERYTHING that I touch gets oily. My skin DRINKS this Sea Buckthorn BERRY Oil !!! It absorbs it so well that there is very little oil left on my hands to make everything that I touch an oily nuisance. Sea Buckthorn is one of the MOST nutritious food sources in the world. So, this oil is, of course, helping my body in MANY ways...as it works its miracles on my hands. I am SO happy to have found this SeabuckWonders BERRY Oil !!! It's an answer to my prayers!

I thought I wouldn't mind. "as long as it's worth it"... right? Well... it pretty much isn't. Anything your skin touches will turn dark yellow/orange. If you put this all over your body, you literally have to cover all areas with clothing or you can sit anywhere. If you go to bed with this stuff on, your sheets/bedding will be permanently stained dark yellow. Because of this, I simply could not continue to apply this oil regularly. It's almost completely debilitating. Therefore, it's hard for me to speak to the quality/benefit of what the oil is supposed to provide. And that's a shame, because I was anxious to try the rich berry version of sea buckthorn oil.

I tried a cheaper brand with high ratings and it was a complete scam, had to return it. This brand is the real thing. Scent, color and taste is like none other. Love their commitment to sustainability and the quality of product. It lasts a long time so it's worth the money. It's very gentle on the skin and could be used daily if you wish. Turns my face super orange but the oil does not stain at all, the color goes away as it absorbs into the skin so best used at night. I didn't notice any particular effect or improvement on my skin, but it's a great oil to use as moisture barrier and hoping the antioxidants and omegas will work their magic in the long term

Bought this for my acne prone skin. Have been suffering from cystic acne and terrible texture and wanted something to balance my skin from all the drying acne treatments. This is definitely very potent stuff it’s bright orange and you certainly can’t go out with it on your face! I’ve been using a towel over my pillow case and applying it at night with no issues. As long as you wash the towel the color comes right off! No stains even on white towels. It’s definitely very hydrating and I don’t think it is the best (at least for my) active acne as I am very oily. However, it has been amazing for my acne scars/dark spots/discoloration. This has faded my discoloration from acne like nothing else! After a breakout has calmed down and left me with red spots I apply this and within a few days it has faded! My skin tone is so much more even and I no longer have redness except during an active breakout! I will definitely keep this in my routine. With this a little goes a long way! I only need 2-3 drops to cover my face I personally don’t use a carrier oil, just put it on directly (sometimes with a little tea tree oil). I don’t think it smells bad like some have said, just earthy which I don’t mind. Overall I love it so far have been using it for about 6 weeks now!

I have been using this oil as an ingredient in my homemade face cream for several years now. I have tried other brands, but I like this one the best. It is VERY orange and that is good because the bright pigment means it is potent and fresh. If you buy SB berry oil that is brown or light colored, you are not getting a quality product. Also, it should have a funky, earthy, maybe some people would say fishy odor. Not too overpowering, but definitely noticeable. This is also normal and desirable because it means it has been gently processed. This stuff is awesome for your skin, but I don't ever use it straight. I always dilute just a few drops of this into another oil such as borage or apricot kernel. Or I blend a few drops into my face cream. I also add it to lip balm and healing salves, just a few drops. The reason is that it is very concentrated and you don't need very much to get results. This is a win/win because when it is diluted it will not turn you orange or stain your clothes and linens. Plus the bottle lasts much longer this way as you are not wasting it by using too much. You can use it straight if you want to of course, but it is not necessary for good results.

I would give this 10stars if I could! The difference this made on my skin is unbelievable! I was about to buy from a different company but I read it in the reviews that they were not using the real oil unlike THIS company. The oil I received was as described as what the oil was supposed to look like: orange not yellow. Anyways as per my skin, I put it on overnight as a sleep mask and I woke up w the inflammation on my skin gone. Majority of my pimples disappeared. The really bad ones were still there but greatly reduced. My skin was super soft the next day. I didn't put it on one night thinking it might be from the other products I used but when I woke up the next day, I had new acne that weren't there before. Used it that night and it was almost gone the next day. Never NOT using it ever again. My skin is very acne prone. The littlest stressors can make it go haywire. It stains a bit so I started putting this on earlier before bed. I turn orange for a bit and then when it gets absorbed, no more orange face. Sleep on dark pillow case people! It'll make sure you dont mess up your linens. Don't dab excess oil out like one reviewer said. It's not as effective. Just put this on 30min before you go to bed and you should be fine. Ive even put it on my hair (again 30minutes before bed) and it made my hair super soft. I hope this works for you guys!

I don't want to jump the gun here since I've only been using it 2 days. But I'll keep this as updated as I can. Since I've used it, I feel my face seems a lot brighter and smoother. My scars have been be coming lighter and my acne has been healing so much faster. I do have pretty bad blackhead and a lot of congested oily skin. So my skincare is everything. This oil, although not pleasant smelling, is amazing. I used a drop or two with my moisturizer every day and night and let it do it's thing. It does leave a slight tinge on my face. But it lasts only about 5 min. I love this. Like this is an amazing oil that does not break me out. Instead it just heals and refreshes. Doesn't clog my pores and I don't see have future clogging either. Highly recommend. And like I said, I will keep this updated at the end of the month. Update 1: (week 1) so this did break me out on my cheeks. But after a day of inflammation, it stopped and it's healing. Seems to be healing it quickly and my dark spots from my acne are disappearing quickly.
